Beware: Do not use Makro Online Shopping.

This is my second review as I still have not received any feedback from Makro. Albeit sending emails and even trying to get information from a call assistant.

Although they seemingly respond, I could swear that this is just an automatic response to further lie to customers:

Thank you for alerting us on your complaint. Kindly be advised that your complaint has been sent to the relevant team to assist. Regards Makro Team

The above message is not only a lie but standardized throughout the HelloPeter website and dealing with Makro has ensured that I will make sure none of my contacts and relatives ever make use of their online shopping platform.

Your company could possibly be in violation of the Consumer Protection Act for false advertising that products will be delivered in 3-5 working days - as this is surely not the case. The previously mentioned statement even applies to Marketplace goods according to Makro's website.

You are in dire need of better customer service Makro.
