Beware buying from Makro online !

I have ordered a TV stick from Makro online 3 weeks ago. After a delay they delivered an inferior product. I have already logged 2 return requests. The Zen online support team seems helpless arguing it is a third party supplier. I dont care. I want the product I paid for from Makro online.
