Beware ..

Been struggling now to get a basic service provided after the whole pathetic experience on following up on a order that ended up with no stock that showed in stock on store so i effectively bought nothing just a headache trying to get this sorted now.

since they don't have stock requested a refund on the item now this is where the fun starts been fighting and begging them to refund me for the item that has no stock not sure how hard that is .... should be simple and fast ...

my whole experience thus far with a big brand like them has been pathetic will not buy there again will only experience the same level of poor service every time.

my only conclusion is since i am struggling to get a refund is they have ****** from me ...
