I called into their call centre as i had trouble with my LG Top Loader washing machine which was still under warrantee. Problem was that I no longer had my till slip and was concerned that it would be detrimental to my claim. Spoke to Richard Mokgotho who was helpful and efficient. Within 24 hours i received feedback. A Day after that LG came out to assess the problem. All in all, quick service and received a response plus a visit from LG within 48 hours.
