Visited Makro Wonderboom on Sunday(30 June) afternoon after seeing a three days promotion of a combo cat that was ending the same Sunday(28-30 June). The reason I visited the store was that, I discovered the promotion late in the day and I couldn't buy the product online as one of the items(making the combo: 2kg x2 Feline Cuisine at R199) was out of stock. When we got to the store it was about to close(13:55). We unfortunately couldn't find what we were looking for on the shelves. We requested assistance from one of assistants to get help for us as we could see some cat food on the overhead shelves but we were told they had already left as the store was now closed. We then asked for floor managers and we were pointed to the front desk, where Nicholas and Theunis came to our rescue. They organized a forklift driver but unfortunately the stock taken down was not what we wanted. The two then decided to offer an alternative i.e a 4kg Feline Cuisine because the combo on promotion was also out of stock(in store). The two were very friendly and patient. Theunis went further to take us to the cashier to make payment. We left the store with happy hearts, our Sunday was a blessed one. God bless them!
