I had a complaint logged with Makro regarding 2 faulty inverters. After being frustrated by their Customer Contact Centre my complaint was referred to Patrick Thobela Makro at Makro Wodmead. Patrick is not only professional and skilled but he also he also provides excellent customer experience. He promptly got in touch with the supplier of the inverters Mpho Madzhadzhi AND together they make a formidable team. The 2 inverters were tested and an authorization provided for replacement. The 2 gentlemen are an asset to both Makro and Ellis, they are skilled and able to deal with complicated issues of service breakdown. Makro , its employees and suppliers really care about their customers and they resolve queries and complaints within record time. I will therefore recommend that both gentlemen be awarded with any internal recognition AWARD that is currently in place.
