Best service
I am so happy for the service from Makro. I made a first order online and was told after a few days that it is available. I made a second order and when I went to the store to collect the 1st order I decided to buy what I ordered in store (crown) as it was available. I them cancelled my 2nd order, no questions asked I was assisted. In 2 to 3 days I received my refund. This is what we call an efficient service.
