Best New Years Eve Service Ever

Makro Edenvale Branch. I was pleasantly surprised by the Returns team at this Makro on 31 December 2020. Having bought a soundbar on Christmas Eve that stopped working on New Years Eve was frustrating enough. I dreaded going back to the store to try and return it as I thought the queues would be long and I would possibly get no help. Luckily, Cynthia and the team at the Returns department treated the situation with the best after-sales service I have witnessed thus far in South Africa. They ensured that I left with a smile on my face. It’s easy enough to sell a product and make people happy, making sure they stay happy when there is a problem is a feat this team achieved with ease. I am truly grateful for them and hope promotions and bonuses will be forthcoming. Makro, please recognize the gold you have in that department. Simply amazing
