"Best deals, ALWAYS miss out"

Disappointed, yet again! Ordered in December 2024, was informed delivery can be expected by December 3rd 2024. More than a month later, no parcel was received and no feedback either. Called and emailed. Still have no idea where my parcel is and if I will even receive it eventually.
