Best Customer Services, BUT for Black Folks Only

So i called Makro's Customer Services - and Sihle Langa answers - he said it's not a problem, i will get Makro Carnival, to assist in retrieving a quotation, X amount of goods.... 2 WEEKS LATER.... i mail Mr. Langa - only to find out that, 'he thought, they were going to help me'.... so today... let's hope that some one feels like working., because apparently if you happen to be white or even if you look like a white person - it is justifiable to treat this person as if their concerns are not valid, or as if they are enemy of some sort - this used to be called APARTHEID!!!!!! So i guess, we the minorities must walk on eggshells!!! Just like the Apartheid Government!!
