Bennett Read Tough 15 burned out just after guarentee expires!!!

I contacted Tevo via email over weekend due to my vacuum cleaner, the Bennett Read Tough 15 burning out in less than a month after the guarantee expired. I bought the cleaner at Makro Polokwane. I can not find the slip so Tevo said to contact Makro and ask them to do a reprint of the slip. I contacted them through their "contact us" on their website, this was on Monday. I still did not get a response. Can someone just contact me so that I can get a reprint of my purchase. It is bad enough that the product burned out just after the guarantee expires and now I am getting no feedback.
