Bennett Read Bar Fridge not fit for local conditions

I bought a Bennett Read bar fridge in bright blue from Makro. I bought it because of the colour and paid more than double the price of a standard bar fridge because of the colour. I even took out the extended warranty. The door of the fridge has developed an ugly yellow fade mark from top to bottom of the door. So I called Makro to claim on the extended warranty and - guess what - they claim cosmetic faults are not covered. I bought the fridge because of the look - the cosmetic look. Through no fault of mine the door has faded in a stripe and now the fridge is ugly and cannot be displayed. Come on Makro and Bennett Read - customers paid for the colour so honour the warranty. Or stop selling goods that cannot endure the local climate
