Bennets Read pots and 8 in 1 gourmet

I bought my pots and the 8 in 1 gourmet at Makro last year June, quality is bad, the pots handles are broken n gets heat fast.a

The airfyer glass got broken in half while i was cooking. Its just terrible because their customer service was poor till today i haven't got the glsss replacement.
