Bennet aerovac

I purchased a Bennet aero vac from Makro Carnival in Brakpan, and it cut out after 10 mins. I tried to return it,and was told I must clean the filter no effort was made to check the vacuum. Was told that they don't receive complaints on the vacuum. It is such a horrible machine it couldn't even pick up a sunflower seed. I am so disgusted with the service received.!!!!!!
