***** being ignored
Hi, I reported ***** on my account where a purchase of 6k + was made on my account *****ulently. I was told the investigation would take 21 working days and its past that and still no resolution

As per the thread above, I reported *****ulent activity on my account in June. The matter was resolved and funds reversed. I was told any negative information with the Credit Bureaux would be removed. I noticed that i has been more than 5 months and this has not been actioned by Makro (RCS's) ***** team. I tried to do this myself by requesting a letter confirming that I reported ***** on my account and that any negative information about me should be removed from the Credit Bureaux. I have still not received this letter even after phoning more than 5 times and leaving countless messages. Why is RCS (Makro) still keeping negative information with the credit Bureaux and negatively impacting my life??? This is appaling!
