Being held ransom
I happened to return faulty headsets purchased on the 18 July 2018 via the online channel on 01 July 2019. I had been give a reference number MAK906481 - TA***7 - POMP***6. Due to the type of headsets not being available any longer i had then opted for a refund which i was told would get. Today is the 25th of July and i have still not received my refund.
