********* behavior and consumer rights are ignored
I bought and paid for set of 4 chairs online and only received set of 2 chairs. When I inquired as to why I only received 2 sets I was instructed to log a return so that they can send the right quantity. I logged a call as instructed now I received an email saying they will refund me instead of sending me the chairs I paid for. My rights as a customer was violated and ignored.

09 Dec 2024, 10:50After several calls i had to make to Makro in an effort to try and find out when will my chairs will be sent , they kept on promising to send the chairs.
Instead of sending me the chairs that I bought they decided to refund the money back without even telling me that they will not be sending my chairs. I'm soo disappointed.
Why couldn't they say that they will refund instead of promising to send the chairs. Makro your code of conduct is *********! You are ****s
