Without any response from Makro, I received a call from a representative by the name of Bahle Twala assisting me with the MAKRO issue. I clearly stated that I don't trust MAKRO anymore and would like to get a refund on my inverter as I don't trust that MAKRO will help if I have any issues with the inverter again. If they can refund on a secondhand game which mean the can refund me too. I would rather go buy the inverter somewhere else....
