11/10 for Gloria who's part of the social team. I've been sending emails back and forth to Makro for assistance and wasn't really assisted for days. However, Gloria took over and fixed my problem within a day. Something that took more than 5 people to do in 5 days. She did it in 1 day and called to check if I'm okay and satisfied.
