Be warned: Makro online delivery useless!

I am utterly shocked and disgusted by Makro online portal. They operate as if it is not a massive JSE listed company that has more than enough resources and means to operative effectively. It is embarrassing that I placed an order in November 2022 and I have still not receive it as of today. Everytime I call I get the same useless answer that someone will contact me yet nothing
