Be Warned - Do Not But From Makro Online

I placed an order on the 28th, checked the order on the 29th morning, said Awaiting Payment.... contacted them and sent through screen shots of my bank statement and app payment, was assured it would be sorted. 29th afternoon, checked again, still no update.... spoke to them again and was told they don't accept screenshots (which where accepted earlier), 30th was able to get proof of payment, emailed and provided it to the agent, was assured it would be sorted.... 2 Aug, still says Awaiting payment. Called in to cancel the order, was told to wait another 2 weeks for a refund. Tried to speak to a supervisor, no one available.... was told someone will call me back....still waiting.....I ordered from TakeALot on 1 Aug, was out for delivery 2 Aug.... Makro still deciding if they can allocate the payment or not..... Never again..... why would you want to go through this.
