Be informed when buying on Makro Online.

Be very wary of Makro Online purchases. A lot of the products offered are under the Makro banner (Makro invoice) but are supp**** and shipped via a third party. We purchased two bar stools recently. The first sign was the packaging which was substandard with lots of tape holding a used box together. The parts inside were clearly a previously returned item and some parts were missing. We returned the item on the same day three weeks ago and still waiting for a refund. Apparently the third party has to make an assessment and then authorise the refund. And so Makro Online is far from what you might think if you are lead to believe that it's under the banner of Makro. This is our first experience of Makro Online and it will most definitely be our last.
