Be careful when ordering online from Makro

On April 20 I received a delivery from Makro against an order placed online. The driver advised me that three items ordered were not in stock and gave me a refund invoice in the amount of R89.90. When asked how I would receive my refund didn't know. On April 22 I emailed Makro Care request I be advised how I could get my refund. I received a reply from Ladfla Davids Pillay on April 27 apologising for the for the delay and advising I would receive feedback shortly and trusted that this reply was on order. I rep**** that it was not in order as it was a simple request. On April 30 I again wrote asking how long it takes to reply to a simple query. No reply. Today I advised them that I would be requesting Hello Peter to assist me in getting my refund.
