Be careful of Makro online purchases
I purchased UPS batteries on line. One of them has failed. I am getting very poor service about returning the faulty one, not even a single response on my decision to request a credit. I’m told I cannot bring the batteries back to a store for credit so I feel completely left with no recourse whatsoever. For this reason I would recommend refrain from buying from Makro online. Only make store purchases as it seems there is no support for online purchases.

Thank you for your reply. You should know your customers judge you on your actions not your intentions. I have received e-mails, some of them automated, but no action, no phone calls from anyone with decision making authority. I’m still waiting on your action.

Just like to remind you this issue is still unresolved and nobody has bothered to call me. I resorted to taking the products back to one of your stores due to your lack of action. I have a POD, and my next step is legal.
