Be aware of makro online purchases

I had purchased a drone on the 10th online with delivery to be on the 18th of December. On the 19th I called makro to check why it's still on order, they advised they tried calling the 3rd party company and someone will call me. I called again that afternoon and was advised the 3rd party company had closed for December. This is shocking as I had a delivery date after making a purchase as this was a gift for Christmas to my child. I sent an email requesting management to get involved and contact the 3rd party, they refund me the money this morning, this was not what I asked for, I dont understand why such a reputable company like makro advertise and cannot deliver absolutely disgusting.
