BASIL GREEN MAKES THE BEAUTIFUL MAKRO CROWN MINES, "BAD"!!!!

Basil Green is the "spoiler" of what is a winning formula. The good image and reputation of a well stocked establishment that has a majority of friendly and helpful staff is unfortunately tarnished by a "manager" that DOES NOT DESERVE TO BE ON THE FRONT LINE (let alone lead a staff team that is more efficient than he is). It is more than a month now that a Basil wiped off a smile of satisfaction that I was wearing on my face based on the good experience I had from shopping there, but the bitter taste is still lingering on in my mouth, thanks to arrogant Basil. What is worrisome is that there were four of us complaining about him on that hour of that one day. How many more have complained about him? Even the shop's staff were complaining that Basil was the "weakest link" to their dedicated service.
