Bait matketing on promotion item

I went to Makro Ottery to purchase the Bennet Read 11l air cooler that is on promotion for R1599, but on arrival was dismayed that the price on display was R1999. I asked the staff if this was correct and showed them the add on my phone, but according to them that is the price for online only. I left empty handed and rechecked the website.It is certainly not an online promotion only and I was **** to by the staff at Makro. This is Bait matketing and Makro keeps on doing this. This is also not my first complaint about a similar issue and Makro seems to forget the CPA. The last time I won the small claims court case against Makro. Seems like I need to do so again as you appear to like cheating on loyal customers. Really disappointed with your service.
