Bad,Poor,Unprofessional service and Disrespectful staff

First off all I drove 40km return trip to this Makro in Bloemfontein, my trip was 70% Tabasco sauce and 30% other things....So I arrived to find no stock on the shelf and was told to go to the help desk so that they can locate the shelf packer (Essential or something like that)....I get to the help desk and here are these two ladies( with no name tags, maybe that's why they feel the right to disrespect customers, or the company cannot afford them, I don't know) I stand there for about two minutes unnoticed until they decided I was worth their attention. So the one lady who is assisting me (Mbali, The Food Trader) calls for the shelf packer on the intercom, asks around and couldn't find one, and she says to me " I cant locate the shelf packer, I don't know where he is" and I'm like " who knows where he is?" (Is it me who should know? Maybe Jesus?) So she says ''Please continue with your shopping and come back in a bit, Okay I move on.....Come back in 15 minutes and the Mbali lady is on the phone, pretended she couldn't see me and just continued with her call (Obviously she's with a more important customer) so I left......I ask around for the manager and apparently she's the manager. I got to the cashier to pay for my stuff because I decided Its okay Makro is not the only shop around and I've already wasted petrol....so by the cashiers I see these ladies and ask them to call a supervisor, and here comes this guy (lehlohonolo Makhetha) apparently he is Mbali's manager and for some reason he had a name tag, while his employees had none, and say Mbali called him to assist me but when he got there I wasn't around....So he is defending Mbali ( maybe they are pals, and I'm the dumb customer). I told him not to apologize or even bother to get me the sauce because I was actually ****ed off at the time(but I kept my cool, praise lord).....well I paid for my stuff (R3400) and just left feeling disrespected and undermined.........I'm not leaving this review for Makro but i'm leaving it to potential customers of Bloemfontein Branch to rather go to other Customer friendly wholesalers which I wont mention here....Makro Bloemfontein customer service is not poor, its non-existing.....If I had to rate them it would probably be in the negatives, really disgusting!!!.....But according to other customers reviews it seems this is the norm.
