Bad worst customer service

Makro service is bad I have been calling to get my washing machine fix but eyi, u either get transferred to the store and there.i was put on hold for 15 min and the lady said let me check and I'm not sure what because she never took my details..please fis my washing machine makro alberton..you are bad with service
