Bad warranty service

I bought a candy dishwasher on the 9th of August 2021 with extended warranty, it stopped working on the 3rd of October 2021, phoned Makro to get it sorted on the 4th was told that it takes 2-3 days its been 5 days and still nothing when I phoned to ask when someone will be sent I was told it's been logged and that is all they can tell me they waiting for a technician to be allocated. This is not acceptable the dishwasher is only 2 months old. No one at makro takes responsibility and it is what it is. This was paid for cash. They didn't have to wait for their money but as an after care we are not important.
