bad very bad

I placed an online order on the 10th of December for PVC planking. After 3 days the order status was still the same, so then I called the contact center where I asked the lady, please can you update me on my order. She said we should check the next day and the order will be updated. On Makro's page they say 5-7 business days for orders to be delivered, that is the info I used to make arrangements with my client. Yesterday evening, Makro sends an email saying the order is cancelled and they will refund me within 10 days. I run a business, I can not wait 10 days for my refund. I urgently need to go and get these products elsewhere and i need my money to be able to buy it.
