Bad Unprofessional service from Makro

I did order a Laptop online from Makro,did the paying received a confirmation that payment was received. A few days after the payment was made a received another mail confirming that the laptop was packed a ready for collection by the courier company.The delivery date was set for today 22 November 2024.I did made special arrangements to be home for the delivery.However this morning I received a mail from Makro stating the transaction will be canceled due to no stock.I did phone the Head Office and spoke to a consultant and her supervisor.They informed me that they did speak tobthe Supllier and suddenly there is stock and that the Laptop will be delivered.They also informed me that someone will contact me to confirm everything.,Ya right ,as I expected no one contacted me.This was the poorest unprofessional service I ever encountered. O ja and now is a battle to be refunded.
