Bad treatment to staff by management

I was at Makro the other day I didn't like the way one of the cashiers was treated by a woman called Mmamasilo in wonderboom branch,she was telling the cashier how stupid the cashier was and she can't deal with the credit note and cheque,that was so embarrassing the way she reacts in front of customers
