Bad system info and lack of service

a Couple of months ago I wrote a review about the great customer service I received from Titus at Makro Wonderboom when I purchased a laptop. This morning (22 Feb 2023) my experience was quite the opposite. I wanted to purchase a Camp Master Backpack Chair Cooler. I went onto the Makro website to see if the Wonderboom branch does have stock. The system said they do have stock. This morning I went to Makro to purchase the item. Guess what? THEY DONT HAVE STOCK. I was VERY upset about being mislead by incorrect information. To visit a shop these days is expensive due to the high cost of fuel. Not to mention the time and effort to go there. That is why I enquired at first before driving there. I complaint to the customer service manager but that to was a total waste of time. I am highly dissapointed and totally dissatisfied.
