Bad Start

First time I'm trying to shop online for business. So I have a new profile and want to add the physical address, but the suburb and the postal code don't match. Tried calling the 0860 number but after the usual pre-recorded nonsense it just rings and rings for 3 minutes. Not answered. Oh well, R9000 of software and R500 of electronics I can't purchase from Makro then.
