Bad service/shopping experience
Very very disappointed!!
I don't recommend the online shop, online shopping should be convenient but not with Makro.
I order with them 25th July 2024 and I still haven't received my things. What is sad about this is that I did receive a call 28 July 2024 confirming that my order will be delivered that Sunday but still today I am still waiting.
Don't buy at Makro.

31 Jul 2024, 12:25At 4:01pm yesterday 30 July 2024 I received an sms from makro that my order had been handed to the courier partner and a minute later one of their agent called to say they have seen my review the matter has been excalated she will call back and let me know what happened I have not received that called back... Today 31 July 2024 I was sent a message that read as follows "Hi Tsakane Sambo, thank you for keeping in touch with us. We apologies for the delay and inconvenience. We have confirmed with the courier that your order will be delivered today. GS" I will come back with another review later to confirm if I have received my order.

I am still not told why do I have to wait for so long to receive my order. I can't even begin to explain how disappointed I am with the service. I have a small baby and I have things that I need. Online should be convenient but not with them.
