Bad services on (returns)

I bought item online and logged a return, the system indicated the collection date before the collection date the unprofessional courier guy calls me to say I am two minutes to your and advised him that I am not available he decide to cancel my return When I call to complain the assured me that they have reschedule return and they will send someone professional to my surprise they still send the very same unprofessional courier guy who calls and says I am two minutes away before the actual collection date without option of negotiating your available time. Today I called in to complain and to my surprise my complain is not not even registered on their system.
