Bad services

My wife ordered at Makro online 2 benc presses (gym). on 30 May 2020. 2488 was paid to Makro. 9 days later Makro phoned and she was informed that there is no stock and they cancelked the order. Until know we struggling with customer services. They want proof of payment and bank statement was send and according to them that is not prroof of payment. I think the people dont know what to do. My wife order at Makro is Mak***. I think the best way is to let the public know not to deal with Makro online because you will stuggle. Im going to put a article in the news paper of bad service at Makro. We ordered many things online at Wish, Makro and other places and we did not experience any of this problem. Makro must close online service because there is no service to speek about. They are *****s
