call the makro yesterday to enquire about the order that was returned back to them because they deliver on Sunday and they didn't call and advice that they will call again .calling the courier guy to enquire about the order MAK*** and he advice that he will enquire about that since last week.Monday which is on the 16/12 call again to do the follow up about the that ,I spoke with Palesa Thusi and she confirm that she will escalate until today at 12.I call again spoke with someone and she advice that she will escalate again and I said I don't want escalation again I want to speak with the manager she keep me on hold for 39 munits and she come back again that manager is still busy I should be hold ,I tell her that I almost wasting my airtime since yesterday and today why didn't call me she hang up the call
