Bad Service Yet Again Makro Massmart Online

I'm now even more upset with makro. My daughter is 9 months pregnant and I referred her to makro for a baby c****at . It was on special for black friday and she bought it. The whole time they told her they waiting for the courier to deliver now yesterday they sent her a msg saying they couldn't provide item out of stock. Now my daughter is stressed as she needed the c****at the Nuovo brand when baby leaves the hospital. She contacted makro on whatssapp and the consultant told her that makro got the items from the marketplace. Pathetic you are stressing my daughter out who's pregnant. Why must she phone around while pregnant. She tried saving money as a soon to be mother now makro is giving her the run around. Excuses asusual and passing the blame around. Terrible service from makro yet again. They couldn't remedy my situation and now my daughter is going threw the same stress. I should never have recommended makro and I will never refer anyone. I'm so upset with Massmart yet again. If you cannot help the consumers in Cape town then don't take up so much order and make promises you cannot keep.
