Bad service with makro, bought a fridge and it has fault all I get is they will call me back no one does, 11 000 double door fridge.

I had bad experience with. Makro I bought a fridge worth 11 000 last week and it was delivered, upon delivery that same day I log a return because the fridge is not closing and has fault. I called millions times and all I get is they will get someone to contact me up to now no one is sorting this matter, I ask for them to exchange the item but now I think they must just refund me my money because it's very useless service I have ever had with makro store. Imagine buying a fridge and the same day I log a return and I was told they will came fatch it and no one does, currently I'm struggling because I don't have a fridge they one the deliver it's not working and they did not came and fatch it. 11 000. I want my money back or they must refund.
