Bad Service wish i could give rating of less than 1

Bad Service: I purchased a new dishwasher "Available Online" deals ONLY on 7 May 2026. DPD delivered dishwasher with dent and scratches on front door. Same day i booked return and the next day 8 May The Courier Guy came to collect dishwasher. Now Makro wants to tell me that they cannot refund me due to this item being unsellable and product damaged whereby they allocated a courier that damaged the product. I'm now being kept liable for a product that was damaged by their couriers.
