Bad service turned into an excellent customer experience

On Friday the 26th November my husband and I went to makro riverside, fourways to buy few electronics, the person who we asked for assistance from was very rude and he just left us hanging then Steven Khumalo came along and we asked him to assist us, he went an extra mile to help us, he turned that bad service we received earlier into an excellent service, he made us feel valued, he really understands what is excellent customer service and I saw him with other customers, he was great. He is such an asset to makro and he really deserves a big fat 13th CHEQUE. I will definitely come back to makro riverside because of him.. Big up Steven Khumalo.
