BAD SERVICE, ********, TAKING CUSTOMERS FOR GRANTED

Makro advertised beds on sale 2 weeks back. I bought a 3/4 Eurotop classic bed with the price I saw online. To my surprise I wasn't receiving my bed. I phoned their call centre number more than 5 times and there was no response. I then sent an email enquiring. To my surprise I was told I will be refunded it was incorrect pricing. For such a Big Company/Store to make an error without any of them noticing says a lot about Makro how *********** and ******** they are. As a customer I have every right to get what I ordered it is not my problem that the pricing was incorrect. What you see is what you pay for and get. They say they will refund me yet they don't even have my banking details. BECAREFUL OF MAKRO ONLINE SALE
