Bad service-Rental Unit

I bought an iron which is now broken and took it since its under warranty. Then they told me they will take 4-6 weeks to fix it. I ask what should I use in the meantime? No answer, askd if they could provide me with rental unit which they should have and they said no. Makro bring back the rental units, its been 16 days without iron, what am I suppose to do?
