Bad service regarding online shopping

I recently had a very bad experience with Makro Online. I ordered a polaroid camera on 30 November 2020. They promised 7-10 working days for delivery. I emailed them on the 18th of December and only got a reply on the 24th of December, saying that it could only be delivered after 4 January 2021, because the seller of that product closed for the festive season.

Early in January, I tracked the parcel on my online profile and it actually indicated that it had been packed on 2 December.

So I emailed them again on 6 January, enquiring about what I saw on the online tracker. It is now the 10th and I have not heard from them. And my camera has also not been delivered.

Very disappointed in the service.
