Bad service not recommended for online

Its my 2nd order with the same problem of refunds yesterday I’ve purchased things online & 3 iterms were not available but when i went to the store they were available i went inside the shop to inquire about my refund for order (MAK***) cos its almost 2 months waiting for my refund i spoke to a lady called (charmaine Gcwabe)she was very rude & said theres nothing they can do i must see what i can do clearly your leadership in this business & treatment is trash I wouldn’t recommend anyone to do online with makro
