Bad Service non Delivery

we are having problems of getting our order from Makro since we ordered over a week ago been dealing with the head office with no success just of promises to get back to you and nothing happens. it is my 3rd time today trying to find out what is happening. and this is after we got a message saying that our delivery will be here today via SMS. we don't know what to do to get our problem resolved
