Bad service - no refund!

I purchased grocery items on the Makro website on 11 April 2023. The order took very long to be delivered and when it eventually was delivered, some of the items had become out of stock and had to be cancelled. I received an email notifying me that a refund would be processed within the next 2-10 working days. For some unknown reason, they have failed to refund me and I received an email from a Bongani Khubeka 7 days ago about an alternative method of refund, which I promptly responded to. 7 days and Many follow up calls and emails later, there has been no response from him or the any of the two other emails copied on the correspondence. I am very unhappy with this service as I am sitting with no goods and no money to buy them elsewhere with! I will not shop online with Makro again!
