Bad service, no communication

I placed the order on the 1st, no communication from them whatsoever, i called and i spoke to Mario who promised me that i will get my order today and when i call back to enquire, im told that there is no stork and i will be refunded, no email was sent to me, what kind of **** show are you running there? now i need to wait 7 days for the refund. pay my money back so i can buy somewhere with good service
